“Agribusiness is not yet widely known and understood. This is why we have to continue taking steps and measures on how to spread awareness and knowledge on this field which has a huge potential to sustain a country.”

This was stated by OIC-Director Luz A. Taposok of the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) during the Consultation and Orientation on Kapatid Agri-Mentor Me Program (KAMMP).

KAUSWAGAN, Lanao Del Norte – Dr. Luz Taposok of the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) urged agriculture officials and fellow Filipinos during this year’s Organic Agri-Aqua and Livestock Fair to continue adopting and promoting organic agriculture for a safe food consumption.

“Organic agriculture should be widely adopted. Several studies and researches show the increase in sicknesses and diseases and untimely deaths triggered by foods that contain toxic substances.” Dr. Taposok expressed.

VICTORIA, Laguna – To show support for the celebration of the World Water Day and to demonstrate environmental advocacies, Dr. Luz Taposok and Senator Cynthia Villar led the clean-up drive in Laguna de Bay.

The clean-up drive was dubbed as "Wastewater: The Untapped Resource Needed in Agriculture,” which was followed by a program where Dr. Taposok delivered a speech and emphasized how water equates to life.

“Bawat patak ng tubig ay buhay.” Dr. Taposok said.

PILI, Camarines Sur -- In line with Agriculture Secretary Manny Pinol’s three-point agenda which includes the implementation of fast and effective agricultural technology transfer to farmers, Dr. Luz A. Taposok showed her support during the graduation ceremony and the launching of School-on-the-Air (SOA) programs in the Bicol Region last March 28 and 29, 2017, respectively.
