The Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), through the 2018 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 998,000) inclusive of applicable government taxes and charges, professional fees and other incidental and administrative costs, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the Consultancy Services. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
The ATI now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the conduct of the Cost-Benefit Analysis of the ATI's Farmer-Level Commodity Training. The contract shall be completed within six (6) months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. PhilGEPS Reference Number 5251356
Interested consultants must submit their letter of intent, together with their eligibility documents and project proposal on or before 16 April 2018, 12:00 nn at the Supply and Property Management Office, ATI Central Office in Diliman, Quezon City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion.
