The Agricultural Training Institute is one with the nation in celebrating the National Arts Month (NAM) dubbed as “Ani ng Sining: Philippine Arts Festival” this February.

Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 683 dated January 1991, February is declared as NAM to promote the Philippine Arts, highlighting Filipino creativity and imagination. Furthermore, it is an affirmation of the Filipino artists' contribution to national and global well-being.

The month-long Ani ng Sining will offer a wide array of events and activities aimed at celebrating a bountiful harvest of Philippine arts as well as inspiring Filipinos to immerse in and appreciate the diversity of cultural expressions, insights, and creativity. This will be led by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA).

The NCCA will hold different activities in areas across the country for the entirety of the celebration including simultaneous opening ceremonies this February 1.
