Notice for Negotiated Procurement - Lease of Venue

The Agricultural Training Institute intends to lease a venue including food provision and transportation from hotel to venue and vice versa and to and from hotel to airport for the 2017 Rice Achievers Awarding Ceremony on May 30 to June 1, 2018 in Manila.

The lease of venue will be undertaken according to Section 53.10 Lease of Real Property and Venue of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184.

The approved budget for the event is Php 2,400,000.00. (PhilGEPS Reference no. 5262872)

Interested parties may submit their establishment's quotations / proposals duly signed by you or your authorized representative not later than March 28, 2018 at exactly 9:00 am for the above-mentioned items, subject to the terms and conditions provided at the dorsal portion of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) that may be downloaded here. Open quotations may be accepted.

Likewise, please submit a copy of your current PhilGEPS Registration Certificate, mayor's permit, Omnibus Sworn Statement and latest income/business tax with your quotation.
