DILIMAN, Quezon City—An audit team from the Civil Service Commission in the National Capital Region (CSC NCR) visited the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) Central Office for the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) on-site assessment.
The three-day activity intends to validate the evidence requirements of the ATI's competencies, and four core HRM systems, namely, Recruitment, Selection, and Placement; Performance Management; Learning and Development; and Rewards and Recognition.
