Invitation to Bid for the Unserviceable Properties

The Agricultural Training Institute through its Disposal Committee invites interested parties to submit their bid proposals for the unserviceable properties consisting of office equipment, furniture, fixtures and scrap/waste materials on an "As-Is-Where-Is" basis as indicated below:

Item: One lot Unserviceable properties
Floor Price: Php 13,560.00
Location: ATI Compound, Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City
Deadline: December 13, 2019, 12:30 PM

Bidders are requested to place their proposals together with their corresponding bid bond (10%) of the floor price) in a sealed envelope with labels: ATI-DC ITBid No. 2019-12-01, Name, Address and Contact Numbers of Bidder. Unsigned proposals, bid below the floor price and those without the corresponding bid bond shall be disqualified.

It is understood that:
1. Quoted price is good for 60 calendar days from bid opening
2. ATI reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, including that of a single eligible bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids of any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
