Negotiated Procurement - Lease of Venue

The Agricultural Training Institute intends to lease a venue including meals and accommodation for the conduct of the Scholarship Programs Mid-Year Assessment and Consultation on Terminal Report Preparation on July 2-6, 2018 in Region IV-B.

The lease of venue will be undertaken according to Section 53.10 Lease of Real Property and Venue of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184.

The approved budget for the event is Php 207,800.00.

Interested parties may submit their establishment's quotations / proposals duly signed by you or your authorized representative not later than May 15, 2018 at exactly 8:00 am for the above-mentioned items, subject to the terms and conditions provided at the dorsal portion of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) that may be downloaded at the PhilGEPS website (Reference no. 5341004). Open quotations may be accepted.

Likewise, please submit a copy of your current PhilGEPS Registration Certificate, mayor's permit, Omnibus Sworn Statement and latest income/business tax with your quotation.
