PADRE GARCIA, Batangas - With the effect caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) CaLaBaRZon redesigned its instructional strategies through distance learning, the new paradigm.
MoCA Family Farm RLearning Center Inc., an Extension Service Provider (ESP) of ATI CaLaBaRZon, conducts the Drip Irrigation Technology online training with the use of Learning Management System (LMS). Content includes crop productivity to addresses the need for food availability and security. Members of Pamilyang Filipino Farmers’ Coop, Extension Partners and Young Farmers participates in the online training.
The blended learning methodology offers flexible scheduling and is 30% synchronous (instructor-led) and 70% asynchronous which allowed participants to work at their own pace.
