RCEF accomplishments, targets presented at consul meeting

TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite - To harmonize Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) activities for 2020, ATI RTC IV-A conducted the Consultative Meeting on RCEF - Rice Extension Services Program (RESP) at the ATI Training Hall on February 14, 2020.

Center Director, Ms. Marites Piamonte-Cosico, formally opened the program with a reminder to all implementing agencies to treat the consultative meeting as an avenue to help each other out to deliver quality and efficient services to their stakeholders.

Present in the meeting are representatives of PhilRice Los Baños, PhilMech, TESDA IV-A, DA-RFO IV-A, and TESDA accredited and ATI IV-A LSA cooperators. The implementing agencies also presented their RESP 2019 accomplishments and 2020 target activities.

After the presentation, an open forum followed which allowed concerned agencies to address the issues and concerns being raised by other agencies. It was assured by each agency that all concerns are acknowledged and will be considered for the improvement of the services each one provides. The implementing agencies also reminded the Farm School cooperators that will conduct the Farmers' Field School (FFS) on RCEF to always keep a close coordination with their respective Municipal Agriculturists.
