Orani, Bataan – Information Services Section (ISS) of the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) CaLaBaRZon bagged various recognitions during the Information Services (IS) Achievers’ Award held on December 3, 2019 in this municipality. IS Achievers’ Award is part of the 3rd Knowledge Management (KM) Updates and IS Collaborative Learning Activity for 2019.

1st Place - Best Center in Knowledge Products Development
1st Place - Best in Local Media Engagement
1st Place - Highest Number of School-on-the-Air Graduates
3rd Place - Best Social Media Presence
Special Citation - Techno Gabay Program Implementation

Apart from the IS Achievers’ Award, ISS Chiefs across Regional Network of Training Centers shared IS best practices in their Center. As for ATI CaLaBaRZon, Dr. Rolando V. Maningas presented some of the innovations of the Center, the development of the Agriculturally Awesome: A Regional Farm Tourism Travel Guide and School on Air on Livestock using YouTube channel as media platform in providing information and technology to learners through video format. Afterwards, ATI Information Services Division reported updates on knowledge products, knowledge resource center and e-Extension. ISS staff were also trained on Basic Life Support/First Aid and on Health & Wellness and Work-Life Balance as part of the collaborative learning activity.

(KM) Updates and IS Collaborative Learning Activity is an annual activity of ISS among ATI Central Office and Regional Training Centers to gather, share and give recognitions to the efforts of each Center.
