ANTIPOLO CITY, RIZAL- A total of 173 participants from Antipolo City, and nearby provinces attended the free seminar on Urban Gardening on October 10, 2018. The participants were farmers and farming enthusiasts.

Ms. Mamalyns C. Dion, from the Office of the City Agriculture - Antipolo led the opening program. The one-day seminar highlighted the production technology and process in Urban Gardening. The participants gained basic knowledge from practitioner and Agricultural Technologist, Engr. Pocholo F. Raymundo from the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist- Rizal. Engr. Raymundo demonstrated the different plastic containers that can be used as planting materials. He also shared other methods and planting techniques in urban gardening.

The 6th and 7th seminar onMushroom Production and Herbs and Spices Production and Processing will be held on ATI-RTC IV-A Training Hall in Trece Martires City, Cavite this coming month of November 2018.
