“After this training, we now carry the initial led to start transferring and teaching what we have learned to our fellow farmers. Pass on the ball to keep rolling, so many famers will know and be educated to improve their present practice. Experience plus tested new technology, teaching combined, by and by will achieve better results. Application [of the learnings] is not constant: it has to be flexible depending on many different factors. We also need C=continuous learning even on actual application in the field.”
