Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte - Matt Janfour Cabahug, Technical Support Staff of ATI-Caraga, joins the months-long Rice Specialists Training Course (RSTC) held in PhilRice-Agusan Experimental Station, RTR, Agusan del Norte. The course started last February and is expected to end on June 2021.
