AMPAYON, Butuan City – The Caraga Literacy and Agriculture Global Grant Program Agenda was launched last February 24, 2020 at the Caraga State University (CSU), this city. No less than Dr. Rosana Mula, the new OIC-Deputy Director of the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), was among the invited guests who conveyed the message of support to the Indigenous People (IP) of Caraga.
