LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – Recognizing the vital role of youth in nation-building, the government is urging youth organizations engaged in agriculture and fisheries to become volunteer-partners under the Philippine Council for Agriculture and Fisheries (PCAF) through its Agricultural & Fishery Youthpreneur Council (AFYC).
