Butuan City - To address the aging human resource in agriculture, the Agricultural Training Institute implements the Young Filipino Farm Leaders Internship Program in Japan (YFFLTPJ) to deserving young farmers.

The YFFLTP aims to develop the youth to become farmer leaders and agricultural entrepreneurs through an 11-month internship.
