STA. BARBARA, Pangasinan-The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center 1 (ATI-RTC1) conducted the Top Achievers Examination and Post Assessment of the School on-the-Air on Organic Agriculture Production (SOA-OAP) on July 6, 2022 at ATI-RTC 1, Tebag East, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan.
The top achiever examination sought to gauge how the SOA-OAP participants had responded to the curriculum as well as the level of knowledge they had acquired. The exam was participated by 20 SOA-OAP Top 1 achievers endorsed from different participating cities and municipalities in region 1.
The examinees were given three different types of questions: the first was easy round, consisting of ten (10) easy questions worth one point each; the second was average, consisting of five (5) average questions worth two (2) points each; and the third was difficult round, consisting of two (2) difficult questions, five (5) points each. The examinees had twenty (20) seconds to respond to each question.

On the other hand, the Post Assessment of SOA-OAP was conducted with the following activities undertaken: (1) Review of the Mid Assessment activity; (2) Revalidation of Enrollees; (3) Feedbacking; (4) Planning of Graduation; and (5) other important matters. The assessment activity, which was participated by 20 SOA Coordinators, was also done in preparation to the forthcoming culminating program of SOA-OAP on July 22, 2022. The SOA-OAP is expected to produce more or less 700 graduates.
