STA. BARBARA, Pangasinan - For the second time around, the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center I (ATI-RTC I) served as a training ground to 28 Senior High School (SHS) students from Daniel Maramba National High School (DMNHS). The students have undergone a 60-hour work immersion program from January 18 to February 15, 2019.
As partner in providing opportunity for hands-on experience, ATI-RTC I deployed the students to different sections and units of the training center. The students were exposed to various works such as training, farming protocols and filing procedures. Moreover, they were engaged in ATI’s e-Learning Program and passed the e-Course on Basic Agricultural Marketing.
On their last day of work immersion, the DMNHS SHS students were awarded certificates of completion by ATI-RTC I Center Director Rogelio C. Evangelista, as the Center’s way of appreciation to their commitment and sacrifices. “Pinasasalamatan ko kayo sa inyong mga iginugol na oras at sakripisyo dito sa ATI. Sana i-apply ninyo ang lahat ng inyong natutunan dito pagdating niyo sa inyong mga trabaho in the future,” Dr. Evangelista said.
The work immersion is a component of the K to 12 Basic Education Program.
