BALUNGAO, UMINGAN, SAN QUINTIN, Pangasinan - Three farms in a row received their learning site accreditation certificate and assistance from the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center I (ATI-RTC I) last September 22, 2017. The new learning sites specifically the Orallo Agro Forestry Farm in Balungao, the Amorong Farm in Umingan, and the Mountain Base Farm in San Quintin were privileged to be given farm supplies and materials for the establishment of their own green house and garden.

The awarding ceremonies led by ATI-RTC I Center Director Rogelio Evangelista transpired successfully in the presence of local government officials including staff of the Municipal Agriculture Offices from the three municipalities. Mayors Philipp Peralta of Balungao, Michael Carleone Cruz of Umingan, and Clark Cecil Tiu of San Quintin expressed their support to ATI. They urged their constituents to take an active part in the plans and programs of the agriculture sector.
