PCA to Boost Pangasinan Coconut Industry
STA. BARBARA, Pangasinan - The Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) launched the “Kadiwa ni Ani at Kita” in celebration of its 34th National Coconut Week at the Barangay Hall of Tebag East in Sta.
