TANTANGAN, South Cotabato—To further enhance the e-Learning component of the e-Extension Program for Agriculture and Fisheries, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) has forged a partnership with the Sultan Kudarat State University (SKSU) for the delivery of the Smart Course on Halal-compliant Goat Farming.
Dodol is a Maranao delicacy which is made from sticky rice, coconut milk and sugar. It has become a popular Iftar food aside from being served during celebrations like wedding and thanksgiving. I am writing this blog in time when Ramadan is about to start.
