Grant System Manual for Agriculture and Fisheries Extension

This Agricultural and Fisheries Extension Grant System Manual was formulated to enable the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) to effectively administer the grant system and to ensure transparency. The expanded mandate of ATI to orchestrate the pluralistic extension system of the country prompted the development of this manual that encourages increased participation of government agencies including local government units, academe, and the private sector in the provision of extension services.

Extension services continue to evolve. With the challenges that extension workers and farmers face, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) continues to explore various strategies to improve its efforts as the extension and training arm of the Department of Agriculture.
