Supplemental Bid Bulletin for the Procurement of Security Services

The Agricultural Training Institute issued Addendum no. 01 to modify or amend items as indicated in the Bidding Documents for the procurement of Security Services (PhilGEPS Ref. no. 5411989). This shall form an integral part of the Bid documents.

For consistency and uniformity in the submission of bid proposals of the prospective bidders, the following are the changes in the Bid Documents as discussed and agreed upon during the Pre-Bid Conference held today, June 14, 2017 at the Office of the Director Conference Room, ATI Central Office:

(1) On page 4, paragraph 1 of the Invitation to Bid, page 38: ITB Clauses 2 and 13.2 of the Bid Data Sheet, and page 69 of the Terms of Reference for Security Services, the correct amount of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Three Million Six Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Five Pesos and 61/100 (P3,622,825.61).

(2) On page 5, paragraph 7 of the Invitation to Bid, all bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the Office of the Director Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, ATI Central Office on or before June 25, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. The venue of the Bid opening on June 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. shall be at the Office of the Director Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, ATI Central Office.

(3) On page 39, ITB Clause No. 12.1(a)(ii) of the Bid Data Sheet, the bidder’s Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the contract to be bid should have been completed within five (5) years prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids.

(4) On page 39, ITB Clause No. 18.1, item (2), the amount of not less than One Hundred Eighty One Thousand One Hundred Forty One Pesos and 28/100 (P181,141.28) [5% of the ABC] if bid security is in Surety Bond.

(5) On page 39, ITB Clause No. 21, the address for the submission of bids is Office of the Director Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, ATI Central Office.

(6) On page 40, ITB Clause No. 24.1, the place of bid opening is at the Office of the Director Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, ATI Central Office.

(7) On page 59, GCC Clause 35.1(j), the correct amount is Three Million Six Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Five Pesos and 61/100 (P3,622,825.61).

(8) Under the ATI-BAC Checklist of Requirements, under the Eligibility Documents, Tax Clearance Certificate must be included.
