Request for Quotations for Lease of Venue for the 2nd Batch of Training on Basic Monitoring and Evaluation Practice for RDE Stakeholders in Zamboanga del Norte

The Agricultural Training Institute intends to lease a venue including meals and accommodation for the conduct of the second batch of the training on Basic Monitoring and Evaluation for RDE Stakeholders on July 8-14, 2018 in Zamboanga Del Norte.

The lease of venue will be undertaken according to Section 53.10 Lease of Real Property and Venue of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184.

The approved budget for the event is Php 368,500.00.

Interested parties may submit their establishment's quotations / proposals duly signed by you or your authorized representative not later than April 10, 2018 at exactly 9:00 am for the above-mentioned items, subject to the terms and conditions provided at the dorsal portion of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) that may be downloaded at the PhilGEPS website (Reference no. 5271343). Open quotations may be accepted.

Likewise, please submit a copy of your current PhilGEPS Registration Certificate, mayor's permit, Omnibus Sworn Statement and latest income/business tax with your quotation.
