Request for Quotations for Lease of Venue for the Two Batches of Training on Results Monitoring and Evaluation Practice

The Agricultural Training Institute intends to lease a venue including meals and accommodation for the conduct of the first and second batch of the training "From Outputs to Outcomes: Levelling up to a Results-Monitoring and Evaluation Practice" on May 20-25, 2018 and on June 4-8, 2018 in Metro Manila.

The lease of venue will be undertaken according to Section 53.10 Lease of Real Property and Venue of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184.

The approved budget for the event is Php 700,000.00.

Interested parties may submit their establishment's quotations / proposals duly signed by you or your authorized representative not later than March 26, 2018 at exactly 9:00 am for the above-mentioned items, subject to the terms and conditions provided at the dorsal portion of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) that may be downloaded at the PhilGEPS website (Reference no. 5240943). Open quotations may be accepted.

Likewise, please submit a copy of your current PhilGEPS Registration Certificate, mayor's permit, Omnibus Sworn Statement and latest income/business tax with your quotation.
