Invitation to Bid for the Completion of the Repair/Rehabilitation of ATI Cafeteria & Function Hall

The Agricultural Training Institute is now inviting bids for the completion of the repair and rehabilitation works of the cafeteria and function hall (2nd floor) located at the ATI Central Office, Diliman, Quezon City. The approved budget for this contract amounts to Php 12 million through the 2017 General Appropriations Act (GAA).

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail"criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implement Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 or the Government Procurement Reform Act.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens / sole proprietorship, cooperatives and partnerships or organizations with at least 75% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

Pre-bid conference will be on September 11, 2017, 1:30 pm at Serrano Hall, Basement, ATI Central Office. Bids must be duly received by the ATI BAC Secretariat accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the Bid Documents, Clause 18 in time for the opening of bids on September 25, 2017, 1:30 pm at the ATI Central Office.
