Invitation to Bid for Retrofitting Works at the ATI Quezon City

The Agricultural Training Institute is now inviting bids for the retrofitting works of the lower ground floor at the left wing and construction of powerhouse at the ATI Central Office, Diliman, Quezon City, with approved budget for the contract amounting to Php 31.871 million through the 2017 General Appropriations Act (GAA).

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail"criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implement Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 or the Government Procurement Reform Act.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens / sole proprietorship, cooperatives and partnerships or organizations with at least 75% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

Pre-bid conference will be on August 14, 2017 and the opening of bids will be on August 25, 2017, 3:00 pm at Boardroom, ATI Central Office.
