Technical Guidance Session for Planning Officers

This activity gathers all Planning Officers from ATI Training Centers aimed at harnessing the planning process and system of the Institute. Highlights of the activity include the presentation of the following: (1) ATI's FY 2018 and 2019 Budgeting and Planning Guides, (2) ATI Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), (3) Updates on the Public Investment Program (PIP), and Three-Year Rolling Infrastructure Program (TRIP) Formulation, and (4) Performance-Informed Budgeting (PIB) structure.
