The Province-led Agriculture and Fisheries Extension System (PAFES) Manual of Operations details the processes of establishing, implementing, funding, monitoring, and evaluating PAFES.

As part of the Philippines' commitment to the United Nations Decade of Family Farming (UNDFF) 2019-2028, the Department of Agriculture (DA) through the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) published the Philippine Action Plan for Family Farming (PAP4FF).

Recent studies show that the average age of farmers are nearing 60 as more and more young people abandon farms to seek work elsewhere. However, this doesn't apply to everyone as young farming enthusiasts thrive in different aspects of agriculture with the use of some of today's trend - modern technology.

This Policy Brief presents the results of an evaluation study on the Establishment of Learning Sites (LS) Program in Luzon and Visayas. It was conducted by the Agricultural Training Institute, in partnership with Dr. Romeo Santos and Mr. Bienvenido Manzares, Jr. The study focused on evaluating the program design, implementation, and outcomes.
