Through this training, ATI intends to help Municipal Agriculturists (MAs) improve their proficiency in soft skills, specifically in understanding perceptions and personalities; building influence; improving teamwork and collaboration; and expanding their skills in communication, facilitation, and negotiation. Having these skills will support high performance of MAs, thus ensuring a more efficient and effective delivery of agricultural services to the grassroots.
