Technical Guidance on Career Development Proponent/Implementing Unit

This activity aims to orient the participants on the basic concepts of the Career Development Framework, to develop a plan of action on the ATI Career Development Framework/Program for AEWs, and to recognize the importance of Career Development in the organization. Participants from Career Development and Management Division and from Human Resource Management Unit-Office of the Director are expected to attend the activity.
