The convention aims to provide a venue for the members of VLAP to convene and share time, knowledge, and skills in a coastal area through community immersion. It will be attended by 240 VLAP National Officers, Regional Officers and Members, DA-RFO Representatives, National Officers of other RBOs, ATI-CO and ATI-RTC11 Staff.

With the challenges that extension workers and farmers face, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) continues to explore various strategies to improve its efforts as the extension and training arm of the Department of Agriculture.
