Notice for Negotiated Procurement

The Agricultural Training Institute invites interested suppliers to submit quotation/proposals for the rental of booth to be used during the AgriLink/FoodLink/AquaLink on October 4-6, 2018 at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.

The approved budget for the contract is Php 500,000.00.

Interested parties may submit their establishment's quotations / proposals duly signed by you or your authorized representative not later than April 10, 2018 at exactly 9:00 am for the above-mentioned item, subject to the terms and conditions provided at the dorsal portion of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) that may be downloaded at the PhilGEPS website Reference no. 5262735.

Likewise, please submit a copy of your current PhilGEPS Registration Certificate, mayor's permit, Omnibus Sworn Statement and latest income/business tax with your quotation.
