Looking for Development Management Officer I

The Agricultural Training Institute - Partnership and Accreditation Division is now accepting applicants for the position - Development Management Officer I - for a Contract of Service who will start in March until December 2021, subject to contract renewal. 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Agriculture, Training and Education, Development Communication, Public Administration, International Relations/ Studies, Social Sciences, or other allied courses.
  2. Preferably with one year work experience in any of the following: process documentation, project development and management, events organizing and management, monitoring and evaluation, or coordination and networking with stakeholders in the government and private entities.
  3. With at least four hours of relevant training in any of the following : technical and creative writing, facilitation and presentation skills, monitoring and evaluation, project development and management, or any sectoral-related training
  4. Career Service (Professional ) / Second level Eligibility

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develops and packages information, education, and communication materials and success stories for youth and RBOs;
  2. Assists in the preparation of documents related to the assigned tasks such as concept papers, articles, completion reports, and terminal reports;
  3. Assists in the implementation of the Youth and Rural Based Organizations (RBOs)Programs of the Institute;
  4. Provides support in the conduct of planning, implementation, and assessment of the division’s overall strategic and operational plans and activities;
  5. Assists in project-related activities such as conduct of meetings, training, project launch, and among others;
  6. Assists in the monitoring of submission of reports for proper assessment of programs;
  7. Willing to travel; and
  8. Performs other related tasks relevant to the job that may be assigned by the immediate supervisors.
