Electronic learning stands in direct contrast to study mission of the observation tour variety. The former allows you to amass knowledge and skills at just a click of the mouse on your computer. The latter brings you physically to the knowledge source so you could observe, investigate, take photos, and interact with the subject matter under your scrutiny. However, both distance learning and observation tours could be very edifying and fruitful experiences.

I think this chronicle is long overdue. Wala na ang thrill L. But, its worth it naman to post it here You might be surprised why I chosed this title. Allow me to use this as I would like to share the many delights of our Sagada Adventure.

Here, I have attempted to demystify every core member from the first impression they emit to their very persona.

Considered as the training arm of the Department of Agriculture (DA), it is but a public knowledge that the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) is tasked to harmonize all training activities which are agricultural by nature (yes, aquaculture included). Its 16 Regional Training Centers (and one center for swine sensibility through ITCPH) sprawled across the country indicates its conscious effort to deliver extension services to its farmer-clients and extension workers.

Promoting e-Learning is a daunting task considering that each coordinator has to cover a wide area in their respective regions. That's why every help we can get goes a long way.
