As a kickstart of the year, the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center MiMaRoPa held its FY 2019 Annual Review and Planning Workshop for FY 2020 at ATI, Barcenaga, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.
This activity aims to assess and evaluate the Center’s performance for FY 2019 and plan this year’s activity.
“It is a good avenue to look back and reflect what went wrong and what went right from the previous year so that we can look forward to the things we can further do and improve as we go along on our planned goals for this year,” says Ruben P. Jugno, Training Center Superintendent I.
Highlights of the activity were the presentation of physical accomplishment for FY 2019 and the line-up activities for FY 2020. Moreover, the personnel who attended the recent national activities re-echoed what transpired to their attended activities. There was also open forum to clarify concerns and come up with solutions for the betterment of Center’s operations.
Apart from the Center’s performance review and planning, it became a venue for the Nature’s Friend Agri-Ventures Inc. (NaFrA) as they receive the Artificial Insemination (AI) equipment. NaFrA is a recipient of AI sa Barangay Project of ATI.
Romeo Proceso, NaFrA Vice Chairman thanks the ATI for awarding the AI equipment. He said that these will be of big help to their organization as well as to their community in providing high quality semen to hog raisers.
Meanwhile, in his closing message, Pat Andrew B. Barrientos, ATI MiMaRoPa Center Director said that what we went through from the previous year was not easy but expect that there’s more to come for this year, so we have to work harder altogether with harmony.
“Expect that there are challenges ahead of us but we could overcome these through unity. We need new perspective, new attitude and innovation to achieve our goals. We work as one team, we work as one family,” Barrientos said as he ended his message.
FY 2019 Annual Review and Planning Workshop for FY 2020 was conducted on January 13 – 14, 2020.
