Farmer-Scientist Training Program (FSTP) Phase II was started on June 18, 2018 in Sitio Tamisan, Barangay Poypoy, Calintaan, Occidental Mindoro.

In FSTP Phase II, the graduates of FSTP Phase I will replicate their research/experimental trial in their own farms. They will set up experiments with the assistance of scientist/experts and agricultural technicians to determine which production technologies are adoptable in the farms.

For an efficient implementation of FSTP Phase II, production inputs such as inorganic and organic fertilizers, corn seeds, vegetable seeds and Bio-N were distributed to each participant. Fifty-two (52) participants started their experiments (varietal trial, fertilizer trial, IPM/detasselling and intercropping) in their respective farms.

Regular monthly meeting is scheduled on every second Thursday of the month.
