OCCIDENTAL MINDORO - The School-On the Air (SOA) on High Value Crops Development Program themed “Ngiting Tagumpay sa Prutas at Gulay!” was formally started on April 6, 2018 covering the municipalities of Magsaysay, San Jose, Rizal, Calintaan and Sablayan.

The topics on SOA will focus mainly on fruits and vegetables, its updated technologies amidst climate change. In addition, there will be some mechanisms or schemes used to further encourage the enrolled listeners to take every lessons on air such as text promo wherein the first listener who texted the correct answer of the daily question will receive a load as prize.

SOA is aired at 101.7 FM Radyo Natin - San Jose every Friday 12:00 NN-1:00 PM and Tuesday 11:00 AM-12:00 NN, and at Radyo Natin Sablayan every Saturday and Sunday 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. This is in partnership with the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist – Occidental Mindoro thru Farmer’s Information and Technology Services Centers in the province and municipalities.
