In ensuring graduate of basic education is ready for employment, entrepreneurship and higher learning, the Department of Education has implemented K to 12 basic education reform program that includes Senior High School (SHS).

Since S.Y. 2016, Managpi National High School has implemented one of its track which is Specialization of Technical Vocational Livelihood (TVL) is Organic Agriculture Production NC II.
For its work immersion, the school has formed an extension partnership with Agricultural Training Institute-RTC MiMaRoPa which offers Organic Agriculture Production in their higher institution of learning. The said extension partnership of DepEd was the modular Joint Delivery Voucher Program-TVL (JDVP).

ATI has provided extension activities for TVL-OAP students, with available learning materials (modules), full assistance in enhancing learning competencies and entrepreneurial skills in OAP and provided starter kits for their field demonstration and actual performance. Core competencies of the training was to produce organic vegetable, produce organic fertilizers, produce organic concoctions and extracts, raise organic chicken, small ruminants production and raise organic hogs.

It has started on February 8, 2022 and ended on June 3, 2022 with 46 students of Managpi NHS. Finally, the students have undergone assessment for Organic Agriculture Production NC II on June 18-19, 2022.
