TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite - To enhance the capacity on the full utilization and effective operation of the Composting Facilities for Biodegradable Wastes (CFBW), the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) CALABARZON in partnership with Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM) conducted the 1st batch of Capacity Enhancement on the Operations of CFBW on June 8 and 9, 2021.
