SIARGAO ISLANDS, Surigao del Norte – From July 27-29, 2022, the Mid-Year Performance Review and Planning Workshop of the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) took place at Kawa Resort, Barangay Malinao, General Luna, in this island dubbed as the surfing capital of the Philippines.
