Engr. Oscar Jurado, Operation Division Head of Provincial Agriculture and Veterinary Office, encourages SOA on Cassava Production coordinators to not just raise problems met on its implementation but to think of solutions for its success during the mid-assessment on July 25, 2019.
PATIN-AY, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur – Assessing its first eight (8) weeks of implementation in Agusan del Sur, the School on-the-air (SOA) on Cassava Production Provincial and Municipal Coordinators convene with Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 for Mid-assessment on July 25, 2019 at Foundation for the Development of Agusanons Inc.
Engr. Oscar Jurado, Operation Division Head of Provincial Agriculture and Veterinary Office (PAVO), greeted the participants and thanked the ATI for this evaluation and monitoring since its first airing on May 28, 2019 where problems met will be discussed and strategies will be laid out to address it.
Present during the activity were coordinators from the 10 participating areas namely: Sibagat, San Francisco, Esperanza, Rosario, La Paz, Trento, Prosperidad, San Luis, Loreto, and Bayugan City. Resource persons and other representatives from PAVO also attended.
The SOA on Cassava Production will be aired for 16 sessions, one hour per week over Hope Radio Philippines Butuan (DXIM 93.5 FM and DXHR 1323 AM) every Tuesday at 5-6 am.
