DA-RFO 13 Info Section Chief Emmylou Presilda encourages Info. Officers to harmonize their targets with the DA during the 1st semester meeting on Feb. 28, 2019.
BUTUAN CITY- The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 participated in the 1st Semester meeting that was conducted by the Department of Agriculture- Regional Field Office (DA-RFO) 13.
This was represented by Ms. Ginalyn Arbutante, Information Officer II of ATI-Caraga.
Said meeting was also joined by the Information Officers from the respective DA Line Agencies in Caraga region such as Philippine Rice Research Institute- Agusan Experiment Station (PhilRice- Agusan), National Irrigation Administration (NIA), Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA), National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS), Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC) and Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA).
Moreover, Provincial Information Officers from Surigao del Sur, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Norte and Agusan del Norte were also present during the meeting.
DA-Caraga’s Info. Section Chief Ms. Emmylou Presilda presented their communication plan as basis with the other agencies' targets. Participants presented also their agency’s communication plan for a possible collaboration among others.
Harmonizing communication-related activities is the main purpose of the said meeting. This is to serve and uplift the lives of our citizen-customers which are the farmers, students and other stakeholders.
Said meeting was held at Hotel Luciana, Butuan City on February 28, 2019.
