This was part of the presentation of Teovelita Rodriguez (PEO I) where it shows that ATI-Caraga’s overall training evaluation for the 1st semester of 2020 is ‘Very Satisfactory’.
BRGY. LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – Trainings and other activities conducted by the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center 13 (ATI-RTC 13) garnered an overall rating of 4.31 or an adjectival equivalent of “Very Satisfactory” from its participants during the first semester of 2020. This was revealed by Teovelita Rodriguez, Project Evaluation Officer I last July 24, 2020 during the 1st semester Management Review held at the Golden Tara Hall of ATI-RTC 13.
These trainings and activities were done on the first quarter of the year when face-to-face trainings and large gatherings were still allowed. The 2nd quarter was dominated by webinars where a different feedbacking strategy was used.
Among the trainings and activities evaluated were: Operational Planning (January 2-3), Training Course on Photography and Image Editing (February 17-20), Training on Chocolate Making (February 21-22), ATI Mindanao Forum (March 4-6), Capacity Enhancement Training for AEWs (March 9-13), Training on Writing a Winning Project Proposal (March 11-13), Training on Corn-based Farming System (March 10-12) and Training on Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) (March 11-13).
