DILIMAN, Quezon City – The Kapatid Mentor Me Program (KAMMP) aims to help micro, small and medium entrepreneurs scale up their business through coaching and mentoring by industry practitioners and business owners. Specifically, they will provide guidance and assistance to agricultural cooperatives, associations, agripreneurs, youth and agri-enterprises by sharing learnings from their experiences.
Recently, the Department of Agriculture (DA) has told the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) to revive KAMMP which has been implemented in select Regional Training Centers (RTCs) of ATI in partnership with Go Negosyo since 2017.
To intensify the implementation of KAMMP this year, all RTCs including ATI-Caraga Region will allot 1 batch of training with 50 participants via an online platform. Called KAMMP Online, it will run for 7 weeks, good for 2 days a week. Topics to be discussed will be on: Entrepreneurial Mind Setting and Values Formation, Business Model Canvas, Digital Marketing, Accounting Basics, Farm Operations Management, Agri Supply and Value Chain, Obligations and Contracts, Basic Coop Management / Good Business Practices, and Business Plan Development.
