LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – The Agricultural Training Institute -Regional Training Center 13 will hold the Mass Graduation of the School-on-the-Air (SOA) on Swine Production this coming October 16, 2019 at E & G Convention Center, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte.

More than 600 SOA enrollees from 11 municipalities and city within Agusan del Norte are expected to receive their certificates of completion of the 4-month long SOA program which aired from May 17 to August 30 over DXMT – Mark FM 101.5 in Cabadbaran City. Tokens and awards shall also be given to top performing graduates in the municipal and provincial level, respectively. Provincial top-notchers were selected from the 11 municipal representatives through final face-to-face examination during the post-assessment last September 13, 2019.

The SOA program was conducted by ATI-RTC 13 in coordination with the Provincial Veterinary Office.
