SOA on Cassava Production pushes Graduation on October ‘19

School on-the-Air (SOA) on Cassava Production municipal/city and provincial coordinators with the top scorers discuss issues concerning the upcoming graduation of the program during its post-assessment on Sept. 19, 2019.

LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – After a thorough discussion with the provincial and municipal School on-the-Air (SOA) on Cassava Production Coordinators, all came into a consensus to push the program’s graduation this October 2019 during its post-assessment last Sept. 19, 2019.

The activity was highlighted by a face-to-face examination of the top one enrollee representative from the nine (9) participating municipalities and one component city of Agusan del Sur namely: Sibagat, Esperanza, Bayugan City, Prosperidad, San Francisco, Rosario, Trento, Loreto, San Luis, and La Paz. This will determine the top five top scorer in the provincial level.

Present also were the 10 SOA municipal/city coordinators, Jessamine Vea - Provincial SOA Coordinator and program anchor, and Elena Bausing - Resource Person.

Updates on the status, quizzes, exams, and final list of graduates were discussed during the activity.

This SOA program aims to intensify the promotion of cassava production through the use of radio for 16 sessions, once a week - every Tuesday at 5-6 am which started on May 28 to Sept. 10, 2019 at Hope Radio Philippines Butuan.
