LOS ANGELES, Butuan City- The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 recently conducts the Capability Enhancement Training for Rural Improvement Club (RIC) members. This will run for three days starting August 26-28, 2019 right at the Center’s Training Hall.
This is aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills as well as the capabilities of the women in managing an organization. RIC members from the five provinces of Region 13 served as the participants.
Dr. Victor Emmanuel Ozarraga from Gawad Kalinga Foundation served as the Resource Person for the whole duration of the training.
On the reading of reflection in the second day, participants expressed their heartfelt gratitude and admiration to the improvement of the ATI-RTC 13 premises specifically the new training hall. They said that the ambiance itself is pleasant to the eyes and at the same time a peaceful place to learn with.
Training Specialist III Jocelyn A. Bayona graces the opening program in the first day. She is also the current Section Chief of the Career Development and Management Services (CDMS) Section of the Institute.
Topics include Organizational Management, Transformational Leadership, Visioning and Financial Literacy. An open forum will be conducted on the last day. A consolidated Action Plan will be their outputs in the third day.
