LOS ANGELES, Butuan City- The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 currently conducts the Capability Enhancement Course for Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) and Assistance to Agricultural Crops Production NC III. The said course composed of four (4) batches of training to be conducted this year.
Recently, AEWs and Learning Site (LS) Co-operators join in one of the four batches of training starting August 5, 2019 and will culminate on the 9th day right at the ATI-Caraga’s Training Hall based in Los Angeles, Butuan City.
Said training aims to enrich participants with updated information and technologies particularly on rice, for them to be more capable and credible in assisting the farmers.
There will be lectures on the following topics such as Insights on Transformational Leadership, Updates on DA and ATI Rice Program and Mechanization Support System and Rice Tarification Law. Discussion on
Financial Literacy and Its Significance together with the ACPC-Agri-Fishery Credit Program is also included in the course.
Participants will be assisted and catered to take the examination for Agricultural Crops Production NC III as their ultimate output within a one-week duration of training.
