ATI-RTC 13 staff gathers together to join the 2020 Midyear Assessment and Management Performance Operations Review led by the Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (PMEU) on July 22-24, 2020 held at the Center.
BRGY. LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – The Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) XIII conducted the 2020 Mid-year Assessment and Management Performance Operations Review on July 22-24, 2020 spearheaded by the Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (PMEU).
This is to revisit the targets accomplished and those which were refocused due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, operations assessment and management review is vital to verify the conformance of its operation as well as its efficiency and effectiveness.
The accomplishments from January to June 2020 per program was reported by Teovelita P. Rodriguez, Project Evaluation Officer I. Francis H. Iriarte, Accountant, and Aurea Janine P. Abucay, Budget Officer-designate, presented the financial report. Moreover, the scheduling of programs, projects, and activities was presented by Nena L. Lomuntad, Planning Officer II.
In preparation for the 3rd party audit to be conducted around October this year, the Management Review was conducted from July 23-24, 2020. Led by the Internal Quality Audit (IQA) team leader, Matt Andrew G. Baquiano, the process owners worked per section to come up with their Risk Assessment and Quality Objective.
The customer satisfaction results (resource person evaluation, over-all evaluation, walk-in client evaluation) were also presented by Teovelita Rodriguez. On the other hand, Ligaya Antiola, Supply Officer – designate reported the suppliers’ evaluation result.
Ms. Remedios Amilao reported the Human Resource Development Plan 2020. She further identified the staff reassignment from one workload to a different one as one of the matters that could affect the Quality Management System (QMS). Further, workplace relocation, lactating area, and FFARMS improvement were among those highlighted as the Center’s most tangible accomplishment.
“This is an activity we have always been longing for every year to see our achievements vis-a-vis our targets. To know what we have been doing especially in extending our extension services amid the pandemic. I am encouraging everyone to learn from this activity and take into consideration the lessons we could get from it,” says Samuel L. Calonzo, ATI-RTC 13 Center Director.
